PLAID enters into a business strategic partnership with transcosmos to support the implementation of KARTE

PLAID, Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kenta Kurahashi) announced a business partnership with transcosmos inc. (“transcosmos”) (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President & COO: Masataka Okuda). Through this partnership, PLAID aims to realize digital transformation utilizing the customer experience (CX) platform KARTE in an effort to meet corporate customers’ needs in a wide range of business operations that include digital platform construction, customer relationship management, and customer support operations.
transcosmos to launch a team of KARTE operation experts in Fukuoka and Sapporo
transcosmos will develop a team of 50 in-house professionals with expertise in operation of KARTE platform allowing user-centered approaches for data utilization, basing the team at the company’s marketing operation centers in Fukuoka and Sapporo during fiscal year 2019. PLAID strives to deploy customer-oriented digital transformation covering the needs of all departments of corporate customers through this partnership with transcosmos, which provides robust solutions for enterprise customers in a wide range of fields such as customer support.
